Privacy Policy

You, the player (“You”), hereby agree by accessing our services, playing on our servers and/or accessing any of the content we offer, to be bound by this agreement, stay bound by this agreement, either by virtue and binding upon yourself, your agent and/or a person with control over yourself such as a parent and/or legal guardian.

You are to read and understand this policy (“agreement”) in full, as it constitutes the core of our obligations when it relates to your Personal Information and how, when and why you provide us with your Personal Information and how, when and why we use/require your Personal Information.

We take your privacy extremely seriously and advise you to read this document clearly before you access our services, multiplayer server and/or content.

We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this agreement. It is your responsibility to check this agreement periodically for changes. We are committed to the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided to us. 1. PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 18

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), our services, including the content and multiplayer server, are not directed at people under the age of thirteen, we do however, understand that a majority of the people that will make use of our services, multiplayer server and content is under the age of eighteen.

We shall ensure, for as long as possible and reasonably ascertainable, to not collect data of persons under the age of thirteen, if such information is collected, you are to inform us so the information can be removed as soon as possible.

Any person above the age of thirteen and under the age of eighteen is considered to access, use and purchase our services, multiplayer server and/or content with the consent of his/her partner and/or legal guardian.

A. Contact information includes your first and last name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and company name.

B. Profile information, such as your username and password, that you may set to establish an online account with us, your date of birth, your gender, etc.

C. Feedback or correspondence, such as information you provide when you contact us with questions or feedback, correspond with us online.

D. Payment information, such as your credit or debit card information, cryptocurrency wallet address, or the fact that payment was completed through a third-party payment solution (such as PayPal); and, in the case of corporate sales, bank account information and purchase order number.

E. Usage information, such as how you use the Service and interact with us, including information associated with any content you submit.

F. Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving communications about our offerings and promotions and details about how you engage with our communications.

G. Other information that we may collect which is not explicitly listed here but which we will use in accordance with this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

H. IP Addresses, VPN information, Minecraft Client related and/or devices where you so connect with.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to operate the services we offer; as such, we use your Personal Information to:

A. Provide, operate and improve the Service

B. Provide information about our products and services

C. Establish and maintain your user profile on the Service

D. Communicate with you about the Service by sending you announcements, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.

E. Understand your needs and interests, and personalize your experience with the Service and our communications.

F. Provide support and maintenance for the Service

G. To respond to your requests, questions and feedback

H. Comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal processes, such as responding to subpoenas or requests from government authorities;

I. Protect our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal aims);

J. Enforce the terms and conditions that govern the Service or product purchased;

K. Protect, investigate and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

A. You can delete, revise, amend and/or change the Personal Information on your account, and you can do so by contacting our support through Discord.

B. Where we are required by law to collect your personal information, or where we need your personal information in order to provide the Service to you, if you do not provide this information when requested (or you later ask to delete it), we may not be able to provide you with our services..

C. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

A. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the Service.
