Do you have the ability to record your game in at least 30 FPS?: Yes, using Medal.
Do you have a working microphone?: Yes
Do you have any previous staff experience? If so, please explain it in detail: I have just over one year of previous staff experience over two smaller servers on MineHut, one of which was very short, only lasting a couple days, therefore I can't really remember the name of the server. The second server I was staff on, ExoSpace, was a bit bigger, averaging on 20-50 active players at all times. As previously stated, I was staff here for just over a year, going over the roles Trainee, Helper, Moderator, Admin, Head Admin, Manager and Head Manager, before resigning from the server and haven't had any staff job since. I left ExoSpace early 2022, so I have not been staff for around 8 months, so I may be a bit rusty, but I learned a lot of the basics, and some more advanced things, throughout the year I was there. During this time I also had the respective role in the Discord Server for ExoSpace.
What I did during this time changed alongside the promotions, I went from only reporting minor bugs and cheaters to higherups, to being able to send cheaters to "jail" where they'd be unable to do anything until they were banned or let out. As I got promoted to Moderator I gained the ability to temporarily ban players, as well as muting on both the server and on the discord. Admin didn't come with that many more perks, I was able to permanently ban as well as permanently mute, I did however try to help with some Skript, as well as a plethora of community-based commands (keyall, give, etc.). Then as I was promoted to Manager I somewhat stopped doing stuff on the minecraft server and began going through applications, as well as managing the staff team (promotions, demotions, etc.)
Why do you want to become a staff member on AkumaMC?: The reason I want to be staff on AkumaMC is because I enjoy the server. Well, obviously not just because of that, but it is one main reason, I genuinely enjoy the time I spend on the server. I miss doing staff work and AkumaMC is the server I am the most active on lately. I enjoy helping and doing staff work, in general, and I tend to be very aware of chat, when people are talking about something they shouldn't or they're discussing a new bug. There's usually always staff online when I'm there, but if needed I can, and want to put in effort and help.
I used to play AkumaMC a while ago, then stopped playing minecraft for a while and now the server has sort of gotten a rework, so I've been on the server for quite some time now, I have a generally big understanding of how stuff works, both on AkumaMC and basic rules from past experience.
I want to be an asset to the team and I know that I would be able to provide that, there are usually staff online when I am online, but 5 staff can't simultaneously watch 400+ players.
I also see quite often how newer players ask questions about how the server works and whatnot, I know it's not really that big of a deal, but I tend to always keep an eye on chat and respond to questions I know the answer to; which I know other players do too, but I thought I'd add this.
Why should we accept you over other applicants on the network?: I think that if needed, I can be a great addition to the team. As stated I have a bit of previous experience, spanning over a plethora of different roles and jobs, both on minecraft and discord.
I speak English and Swedish fluently (with slight understanding of both Norwegian and Danish), meaning I can detect if something's going on where it's being spoken in either of those languages.
Generally speaking I'm not a "confident" person, however I know that I would be of help to the staff team if I was to get accepted.
I have on previous occasion, during my period as staff, been praised generally for my ability to detect, I keep a sharp eye on chat, I spectate players, and have a wide understanding for what different cheats look like.
How much time are you willing to dedicate to the server on a daily/weekly basis?: I have a lot of free time, so excluding the time I'm in school, I am able to be online pretty much whenever. This would probably average out to 4-8+ hours a day, depending on energy and motivation, assignments and whatnot.
Is there any additional information you wish to add?: There are times where I am extremely socially anxious, so I will very likely not hang around a lot in voice chats and stuff, I will however when necessary, of course. This also means that I lurk a lot, I'm online but don't speak much, however help with commands and step in when needed.
