I have quite the experience:
On AkumaMC, I was at the position of Helper. On the server I was tasked with enforcing Akuma's chat rules; as well as watching over chat while warning those who did not follow them, and reporting players who needed to be muted to my mentor (PaidHack)/higher staff members. On the discord I was tasked with watching over all text and voice channels to enforce the rules set by the Management team while reporting bigger issues to higher staff members, and responding to tickets in a timely manner or moving the ticket over to a higher staff member who could. Total of 500-1000 player average. Total time staffed: 2 1/2 months.
On MineRival, I was in the position of Moderator. On the server I was tasked with enforcing the chat rules; as well as watching over chat to mute/ban those who did not follow them, and spectating reported players to obtain proof if punishment was needed. On the discord I was tasked with watching over all text and voice channels with Helpers and Junior Moderators to enforce the rules while timing out/muting those who did not follow those rules and responding to tickets in a timely manner or moving the ticket over to a higher staff member who could; mainly player reports and general support. Total of 750-1500 player average. Total time staffed: 1 1/2 years.
On MineHeart (BartolSMP), I was at the position of Moderator. On MineHeart I was tasked with enforcing the chat rules; as well as watching over chat to mute/ban those who did not follow them while spectating reported players to obtain proof if punishment was needed. (P.S. MineRival and MineHeart were 2 owners who were owners of both servers so all guides and tasked were the same.)
On MineClouds, I was placed in the position of Administrator/Manager. Here, I was tasked with reading over staff and media applications, accepting or denying them while also mentoring lower and newer staff members to the specific staff guide myself and the other Managers created. On the server I was tasked with overseeing staff members work and pushing through punishments lower staff members pushed up to the administration team, spectating reported players, and dealing with all permanent/IP bans. On discord I was tasked with updated documents for the staff team, checking in with the team to ensure their work was to standard and dealing with permanent/IP ban appeals and purchase support tickets. Total of 100-250 player average. Total time staff: 2 years.
Why do you want to become a staff member on AkumaMC?:
I desire the chance to join the Staff Team as I have been on the team two times before and flourished in my position and the work I had. I have been making content on AkumaMC for a little over 2 years now and I get a huge influx of questions about Akuma and how to get started that it spiked my love for staffing to move me to apply once again. I absolutely love the way the staff team is structured and enjoy working under the management/administration team and would enjoy to do it again.
Why should we accept you over other applicants on the network?:
I believe I should be considered over other applicants due to my two previous times on the team. I have a greater understanding of how the team is structured and the guidelines and rules that are already set. Also with the excessive amount of experience I have gained over the years, it has allowed me to learn from many different Managers and teams on the best way to complete your tasks properly in a mature manner, and has grown my knowledge of what it takes to be a staff member.
How much time are you willing to dedicate to the server on a daily/weekly basis?:
Daily I am looking to put in about 6-8 hours as I create content for Akuma. Weekly I will average about 35-40 including weekdays.
